The Company was formed with three founding members, two of whom remain today.

Directors Tony Morgan and Paul Clatworthy work together to maintain relationships with existing and current customers plus aim to win new customers throughout the UK and Europe.

Tony and Paul have complimentary skill sets and have worked together for over 20 years on projects big and small. They have a great working relationship and believe in the 'work hard, play hard' ethos.

Karen provides key finance functions and manages the office to ensure its smooth running.

Tony Morgan

After a career in the mining and steel industries Managing Director Tony Morgan went on to become President of Newell Industries, San Antonio, Texas - at the time the biggest family owned shredder supplier in the world. Tony was determined however to run his own business and focused on ways to make that happen. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a father and grandfather, a keen golfer and lover of sports.

Paul Clatworthy

Paul is from a farming background and made the decision to change career direction and took the opportunity to become a manager at Newell Industries Europe Ltd. It was during this time that Paul too realised that his aim was to run his own business. Paul is husband to Karen and a father of two. He has a keen interest in golf, sports, farming and machinery.

Karen Clatworthy

As Company Secretary Karen manages all finance matters, office organisation and compliance issues as well as legislative and legal matters. Karen is also responsible for procurement of services from office stationery through to the provision of legal and tax advice. Mother of two Karen works part time.

Louise Lewis

Marketing Manager Louise has a wealth of experience across all marketing channels from brand management, content, social media marketing and advertising through to sponsorship and event management. Louise is a freelance marketing consultant and has been working for MLC Technology for a number of years. A member of the Chartered Institutue of Marketing, Louise is currently studying the CIM Diploma in Digital Strategy.

Victoria Thompson

Victoria is a Chartered Management Accountant with CIMA who has over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry undertaking company accounts, financial analysis, forecasting and reporting. Victoria is MLC's Accounts Manager and joined the business in 2016 to manage the company’s financial systems, staff payroll and Tax obligations. Victoria supports Tony, Karen and Paul to ensure the smooth running of their family business with the primary goal of making the company a success.

Sue Jones

Sue Jones joined the team in January 2018 as Administrative Assistant. Sue has a varied background with over 20 years in the construction and service industries where she provided supportive admin duties across all areas of the businesses she has worked in. Currently the work Sue is undertaking is to support the Accounts Manager, Sales Department and all Directors within the friendly family run organisation. Sue is locally employed and has been, over the years, active within the local community.
